C1A eğitmeninin hem yarı hem de otomatik olarak çalışılabilen 6 önceden ayarlanmış senaryosu vardır. Bunun seti birlikte verilen uzaktan kumanda aracılığıyla yapılır. Antrenör 8 normal AA pil ile çalışır, uzaktan kumandada 2 adet AAA pil bulunur. Pedlerin üzerindeki özel dilim katmanı sayesinde eğitim elektrotları birkaç kez kullanılabilir. Ayrıca, birden fazla eğitmenin aynı anda uzaktan çalıştırılabilmesi için uzaktan kumanda standart olarak verilmektedir.
